How do I allow remote MySQL connections?

Access your Cpanel control panel by visiting https://:2083/ and navigate to the MySQL section. Look for the access hosts section on the main MySQL page. Add either your IP address or % to allow connections from all IP addresses. This will enable remote connection to MySQL.
